Terms of Service

IMEIFAST provides digital products and services including Mobile Top-Ups, eSIM plans, IMEI and device-information checks, digital reports, and Android diagnostic tools. Some services rely on telecommunications providers, mobile operators, device-information services, payment processors, and other third parties.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract and have authority to use the payment method, account, phone number, device identifiers, and other information submitted through the service. Additional eligibility requirements may apply to particular products or destinations.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity or compromised credentials.

Prices, currencies, applicable product details, and available payment methods are displayed before purchase. A payment authorization or confirmation does not by itself establish that a digital product has been delivered.

• Platform credit packages currently use the rate 1 USD = 1 credit and begin at $5.
• Credits are added after successful payment confirmation and matching to the applicable account.
• Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are usable only for eligible platform services, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Before paying, you must verify the destination phone number, country, mobile operator, product, amount, and currency. Once a Top-Up is confirmed as delivered, customer errors in the submitted number or selected product may not be reversible.

A quote presents an available selection and price for a limited checkout flow. Creating an order or confirming payment does not mean the Top-Up has been delivered. An order may remain pending while payment, provider processing, or delivery is verified, and delivery is established only by sufficient transaction evidence.

Products, operators, destinations, amounts, and currencies may change or become unavailable. Failed, duplicate, pending, or technically disputed transactions will be investigated; IMEIFAST will not promise an automatic retry when it could create a duplicate Top-Up. Remedies remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

You are responsible for checking that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked and that the selected plan, destination, data allowance, duration, and coverage meet your needs. Activation, installation, network availability, speed, and plan use depend on the device, settings, location, mobile networks, and the applicable plan conditions.

IMEI checks and device reports are informational results based on data available from external device-information sources when the request is processed. Results may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inconclusive, or later change; they do not repair, unlock, activate, or establish ownership of a device.

Android Diagnostic evaluates technical signals made available by the device and supported software. A diagnostic result is an assessment, not a guarantee of carrier-lock status, eSIM compatibility, network performance, device condition, or future operation, and it does not modify or repair the device.

Service availability depends on technical systems and third-party supply. Products, prices, operators, destinations, data sources, and features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee continuous availability, but these Terms do not limit remedies or notices required by applicable law.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.
• Do not bypass authentication, security, product restrictions, or rate limits; interfere with the service; or use automation that harms the platform or third parties.
• Do not submit identifiers or payment information without authority, manipulate payments or disputes, cause duplicate transactions intentionally, or misrepresent IMEIFAST services or results.

IMEIFAST may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, payment abuse, unlawful conduct, or violations of these Terms. Actions and any effect on existing purchases remain subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IMEIFAST is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms for future use of the service. Updated terms will show a revised date and will not create new retroactive restrictions for purchases completed before the update, except where required or permitted by applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, and our Refund Policy explains refund, correction, and claim procedures. Those policies form part of the conditions applicable to the relevant service.
